I started a team for vets. Use the search box at the top of the page and search for Military Vets SparkTeam. My team is the blue background / yellow star. There is another team for vets too. I started my team before I found other. Both good teams .Join them both! And feel free to post whatever you want!

No, it's for anyone who is, was, wants to be, used to know, or was married to anyone who served in the military. ALL ARE WECOME! There are no restrictions on who can join. You don't have to prove you ever served. It doesn't matter what country you served in or for.

Ha! Indeed. I agree there isn't much to talk about. I really don't come here to talk it out, but it's nice to be able to say something once in a while. And while there are some conversations, I think most people come here to get their daily points.

By the way, I DO feel positive today, I just don't feel the need to say so.

Roger that - the Guy's Lounge is a haven from sports bra choices! hahahahahaha

There just doesn't seem to be much to talk about on here, but we're not busy asking "Are you feeling positive today" or stuff like that...

I started a team for military veterans. It's for anyone who wants to think about getting in shape whether you're interested in being hard core or just want to lose a few pounds. Come check it out and join if you like! The team name is Military Vets and you can search for it by going to the SparkTeams link under Community in the SparkPeople toolbar, then searching Companies, Organizations, and Careers, then choose Organizations, and finally choose Government. Hope to see you there!

By the way, I am very glad to have found the Guy's Lounge. I like this site for its ability to track my food and exercise, but it gets a little....uh...womany at times. Do I really need to read an article on choosing the right sports bra? Love women, just feel a little excluded here at times.
