I have been trying to be more conscious of eating a good breakfast with fiber and protein to keep me full longer. For example today I had oatmeal which was made in the slow cooker so I had used steel cut oats with a topping of apple a little brown sugar and raisins and walnuts. I ate it around 8 o'clock and was actually quite full. It was a full cup and actually thought I wouldn't be able to finish the whole serving but I did. Now at only 10 I can feel the drop in my blood sugar. I am feeling sweaty, a little tremerous and shakey and feel hungry although I'm pretty sure I'm not. Feel like I need to eat something but want to stay away from the sugars. Any ideas??
