I agree with JESSICA_STULTZ. I know many people on here like to be calorie counting Nazis but the fact is that calories isn't the end all be all of losing fat. There are so many other factors to it. Worrying about a few calories here and there will cause more stress than it's worth.

Best advice I can give you is don't sweat the small stuff :)

When I go out to local restaurants that don't have the nutrition tracker, I go online and google the foods I ate. There is usually a bunch of different figures and I try to go with what seems to be the median. That way you can at least get a rough idea of the amount of calories, etc. It's really hard to know how close it is no matter what you go by because it depends on how the food is cooked, how big the servings are, and all the other variations.

You should be able to search chicken and also rice in the my Nutrition tracker.

I need help figuring out the calories, fat, protein and carbs for my meal... I had 1.5 cup of Mexican rice and 8-10 oz of grilled chicken... We ate at a local restaurant that doesn't supply nutrition info... Thank you!
