Always remember that if someone is being insulting or not following the sparkpeople community guidelines, you can use the "Report inappropriate post" button at the bottom of the thread to alert the staff.

Please do it if you're in doubt - I'm sure the staff would rather make their own call and decide that didn't need rectifying than have people not report bad behaviour because they "don't want to be a bother". They do try to foster a very positive and supportive community! :)

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll pass it along.

I got a suggestion (learned from Yahoo answers). Once someone got the answer or feedback they were looking for from a post, can we close that post for future responses? My last post got 35 responses, some negative, and are getting more insulting. I understand people need pts from posting, but we are all human and many don't follow the guidelines. Just a suggestion.
