You have to do what is best for you. That would not work for me. my plan is to continue on with healthy eating. I just put the things I like into my eating plan. I ate 1 chocolate chip cookie the other day at work but I also ran hard on my treadmill to work it off. By doing this I don't feel like I am missing out on anything.

I have similar plans. I am indulging a bit -- but not going too far overboard. I'll probably gain a pound or two this week while I am traveling and visiting my family. But I will be back home this weekend and get a jump start on a New Year's "re-boot" of my program. I'm already getting a little tired of the cookies and peppermint ice cream.

Taking a small "break" from my plan and enjoying the holidays keping everything in moderation. Be back on Jan 1, with a new attitude, refreshed and cravings satisfied! No Holidays until Easter giving me plenty of time to continue reaching my goal.
