Yum, this place looks yummy! If I were going, I would probably order the chicken breast (I'd only eat 1/2 since it's 6 oz) with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, and yellow mustard; no bun; and fried pickles................I live in a place that does NOT have fried pickles, so I would totally order those by incorporating them into my calories for the day. But, if you're really trying to be on your best behavior, I'd stay away from them. ;) A side salad is the healthier choice.

Wow this place looks great (not really healthy wise, I just like the "build your own burger" places). If I was looking for the best option to help me stay on track, I'd get the chicken breast w/ no bun, with honey mustard and bacon. If there was tons of bacon on it, I'd take off all but one piece. I agree that the sides look pretty pricey.
