I like a beer or a gimlet, I have been know to drink wine (and not just bumwine my punk rock days are long gone), I only like combat sports though, you ever find me on the mats or watching what goes on on the mats and I will be happy.
I don't have a man cave I have the whole outdoors.
My hobbies smithcrafting and dressmaking* (there's two sides of the coin for you).
*Just started an evening course in this, want to make my own kilt, DJ waistcoat and my own custom hakama!
I do aspire to being a gentleman - but have been known to step up when someoen is being anti-social too.

Yes: I like beer, I have some non-gamer hobbies that are male-dominated (fantasy football, birdwatching), I am entering a male-dominated career, I hunt/hike/camp, I use a shave brush, I eat a lot of meat.
No: I don't really care for sports a lot unless I can make them interactive, I cry during movies, I know next to nothing about cars unless it's related to something bad that happened, and I'm a Girl Scout. Yeah, really.

No, not really. I have always taken the man's position of the protector seriously, but respect the strong woman too. I guess one first needs to understand WHICH stereotype you are using. If it is the stereotype given against strong men by weak minded folks, then again, probably not.
No mad cave, but since the kids have grown up and left we now have our own rooms to store more of our things. My room has a work desk, my workout equipment, and a large area full of my books and stuff. But it is not a place I hang out with and drink beer. (which I have once in awhile, but probably less than a couple 6 packs per year)
I like to watch little league baseball, hockey and girls basketball since those were my kids sports. But even that is few and far between since they have grown up. I may watch the final world series or super bowl, but that's about it.
I still open doors for folks(both male and female), I don't spit or cuss in public, but do at other times. I try to be gentleman, but can and do stand my ground when necessary. I am a MAN. I guess I do fulfill some stereotypes, but most are the positive ones. God bless

Yes I have built a bit of a cave. Being a techie, I have made ways to tunnel in and out of the cave remotely.
I drink beer but not to excess. I watch sports now and then. I do not pass out after sex. Emotionally, yes I fit the mold. tend to hide those feelings.

no man cave (she would occupy it every time I set foot in it) no beer for me sex (every time she says yes)[or even maybe} sports (only if I've been keeping up and I haven't) emotional (I broke the mold there) Gentleman (I practice it daily)

I like sports and am very competitive. Not so much on some of the others though
Yeah, I have a pretty good set of hobbies (board games, bluegrass music) I do not have a man cave(can't afford). I far prefer sci-fi books to any form of chick lit (and I have tried). I like beer. I am clueless to the silent signals which I should be receiving.

In some ways...I am extremely competitive, love watching sports on television, love to grill meat. But in other ways, not so much....hate action movies, I can write a much more heartfelt card than Hallmark ever dreamed of, etc. I guess we are complex creatures after all lol.

More than I'd like to admit. There are aspects I definitely don't match up to, but so many I do.
I have to really "zone in" when talking about emotions with my wife. It's possible, but takes a fair amount of energy.
I'm competitive (my asst-coach had to tell me to take it easy when taking shots on goal with my 8 year old soccer team)
I love making my lawn as green as biologically possible. It goes on and on.
