I could care less how much I weigh. I threw my scale away years ago (actually, I sold it in a garage sale for $3.00). I'm all about health and fitness. If I lose weight as I get more physically fit, great. but I'm not going to dwell on it for one second.
I am motivated by lower Blood Pressure, lower Resting Heart Rate, higher HDL and lower LDL and triglycerides in my blood, and a smaller waistline. All indicators of overall health and fitness.
What motivates you?
