First Cookout of the Season. Easy to make all good choices at the home we were invited to. Stayed Legal and ended the day within all the mid-limits. emoticon What a wonderful day!

Did well today! Did not overeat, stayed away from junk, and took a 90 minute walk/hike.

I've done fine today but Sunday I ate everything that didn't move out of my way. I woke up hungry and stayed that way all day long. {sigh}
