I bought them on sale a while back. Never took them consistently. They did not make me feel sick to my stomach, though. Never noticed any positives OR negatives from them.

My husband took some for a while too and as far as I know, he didn't suffer any side effects. It's just too much hassle to take them consistently.

Every now and then if I find the box I will take one if I feel like I need a little energy boost (they do have caffeine). I doubt they are hurting me, but I wouldn't credit them with any weight loss.

I took those pills about a year ago. I had them between breakfast and lunch and then between lunch and dinner. They did not work out very well for me at all. At the time I drank a lot of diet coke and caffeine like energy drinks, and it made me very sick to my stomach. At the time I did not know that was the problem and I ended up going to the doctor who at first thought I had IBS. I didn't tell him the first few times I went to the doctor because I wasn't thinking that was the problem. But in reality it turned out it was because I was taking those pills and drinking a lot of diet soda and caffeine.

Has anyone else ever tried these?

What side-effects did you have?

Did you take them on an empty stomach, or right after a meal?

Any insights would be helpful...thanks!
