Today I reached the 30lb lost goal! I have been working on this since October 27,2010. Starting on Atkins induction, I reached 20lbs lost by Christmas, but unfortunately ended up gaining a few back over the holidays:( In January I decided that the sparkspeople diet was a healthier diet, so started to follow it, I hit a plateau about two weeks ago, so switched back to Atkins, and have started losing again. Maybe when I reach my final destination, I will adopt the Sparks diet to maintain, but need to lose in order to stay motivated, and Atkins works best for me. Look out 40lb loss:)
