HI :) Firstly, coffee really isn't a snack. When you have an apple try eating some nuts, like almonds, with it. They are healthy and have good fats in them and they will really add some healthy calories. What are your meals like?

I have only been tracking my calories over the last week, but I am below the calorie minimums. I have been eating pretty normally, and I feel full. I have snacks in between (usually coffee, an apple, or some cottage cheese) but when I track it, my calories are still below what they should be, even for trying to lose weight. Should I be worried about this? Anyone have any tips?
