I hope that it works well for you. Like some of the other people who've commented, one of the things that most excites me about SP is that we learn to prepare real food in a variety of ways that nourish our bodies while simultaneously enabling us to lose weight and reach our goals. I feel like with the SP tools, this is guaranteed to succeed. We are eating better than ever, and with more variety than before. But everyone is different! Good luck!
Meal replacements (like medifast) are no magic bullet to take off weight---but they have been shown to be effective and safe for weight loss. The key is to also learn how to prepare healthy meals, using the right food portions, controlling your environment, know how to eat out at a restaurant, etc, etc. So I encourage you to learn and practice all these other aspects, so you don't regain the weight once you return to a more typical eating environment.
I want to warn you - 15 pounds before summer starts may not be realistic for you, no matter what program you are on. Do you have a lot to lose?

No you dont sound like a jerk because i know exactly what your talking about .. I just personally needed something to teach me portion control and how to follow a strict diet..kinda like a jump start , i only plan on being on for a month ..i already eat healthy and i only want to lose about 15 lbs before summer starts.. Definitely wont be dependent on it..So after that month .. Im on my ownn..(: like i said , if you are what you eat.. Dont be cheap, easy, or fake(:

The ingredients list on that food comes directly from a laboratory not from a garden where it should come from. Are you going to buy food from them for the rest of your life? It's so much better to learn how to cook your own real food now for your health in the long term. If you don't take to time to learn you're destined to gain it all back.

Hey all..i just orderd my first shipment to come in.. That took a lot of will power so kudos to me..yay. Im definitely excited to get started.. I know some people who have been very successful on this program so i thought ..why not? Although i do hear "youll gain it all back" blah blah .. Id rather be 20lbs lighter and have to worry about that then still have those lbs packed on!! Besides summer is coming up..who doesnt want that bikini body? Lol .. Im not wanting dramatic results right away but just a healthier lifestyle..the price scared me but i couldnt put a price on my health.. Im Super excited to start this journey i waslookIng for a mor recent thread and couldnt find any.. Wish me luck guys ill keep u posted on updates and lbs lost(if any lol) i wont cheat i promise.!! Any positive results?? Dont get discouraged or unmotivated.. A minute of a unhealthy snack isnt worth the lifetime of good health and a great body ladies(: xoxo
