Hello all, my name is Samantha and I'm preparing to start Medifast this Saturday. It's my first time trying this diet, or any diet where I have to order their food. I'm excited and hoping for great results; my step-daughter lost 30 lbs in 2 months! I'm scared that I am all gung ho about it now but won't like the food, or will have headaches or hunger pains so bad that I'll get off track. I really want to lose 35 lbs and need to stay motivated. My husband is a great help and is being very supportive and my step-daughter is doing the diet again with me so she can lose 20 more lbs. Wish us luck! All motivation and support is welcome. :)
