You should be happy ! Losing inches IS a sign you're changing your body. Why did the scale go up ? No need to worry. What you're experiencing is perfectly normal. It's nothing more than a temporary water weight gain.

Ever notice your weight goes up during TOM ? Most women tend to "gain" weight during their menstrual cycle. Is that a fat gain ? Nope, it's nothing more than a temporary water weight gain that passes in a few days. During my cycle, I can gain and lose as much as 5-7 pounds because of a fluctuation in my water weight.

Don't worry ! As Coach Nancy noted, our weight is not a static number. It really does go up and down for many different reasons.

You're doing just fine !

Thank you Coach, I find that taking measurements and posting them up good or bad, really does inspire me to work harder and keep on eating the right food, staying within the calorie range. So I will keep on working hard and hopefully I will have more good news to share one of these days. emoticon

Hi,

Know that your weight is not a static number...just like your blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature, etc, varies throughout the day, same is true with your weight. Because our bodies are mostly made up of water, any variation in our diet, hydration, workouts and even hormones can effect the number on the scale, but that does not equate to a fat gain or even a fat loss.

Remember this is a journey to a healthier you and as a result the weight will follow.

I dont know wether to be happy or go home and kick my scale out!!!!!!!!!! i dont like very much right now. Help.
