When I click on "Groupings" in my meal tracker, I would like to be able to enter what I am searching for in a search box so I don't have to scroll through the whole list.
I know Spark Recipes is a separate site, but same goes for my "Recipe Box." You can't search your recipes using a search box--you just have to scroll until you find what you are looking for or use your search engines "find" function.

Sort of related to what Missruth said, maybe if some of the user-entered items that get a lot of "correct" votes could be verified by SP and turned into "official" entries that will appear at the top of the search.
Now for my personal wish - when entering my own food, I always have to pick just ONE unit of measurement. I wish i could set up one item with multiple units of measurement (i.e. tbsp AND grams AND cups).

I wish you could choose to NOT show user-entered items. I am so tired of searching for a food and getting (literally!) dozens of entries by other users, that for the most part, are wrong. Yes, I review and vote on them. But after I went through about a dozen wrong entries for reduced-fat Cheez Its, I got fed up and gave up. Let people enter stuff if they want to, but don't let them share it with the world. It was much better years ago when everybody and his dog didn't feel it was necessary to enter every food item they ate, themselves.

I wish you could copy someone else's meal off of their tracker. My fiance and I both use Spark. A lot of the time we eat the same food. It would be great if one of us could track a meal and the other could just hit the copy button to put it in our own tracker.
This will be a thread to voice your preferences for features you would like to see implemented into the Spark People Meal Tracker.
I would like a macronutrient ratio to be included in the setup selection. Such as, 40% Carbs, 40% Protein, 20% Fat or whatever I choose. It could be 40-30-30, etc., but it would be my choice. I am a macronutrient/calorie cycler, so Spark People's 50-20-30 ratios for carbs-protein-fat are not necessarily what I would choose. The point is, instead of JUST choosing a range of macronutrient grams a day, I would like to be able to choose percentages also that would be listed at the bottom of my tracking page not just on the "Printable Nutrition Report."
