I just track what I eat. I'm not in America and most of the items on the meal plan don't match my diet or the available products in my country.

You can try turning the meal plans off and then turning them back on to reset it. But you might find a lot of those same meals still show up in your daily menus.

I don't use the meal plans. I'm not crazy about most of the food on them to begin with. Suggest you start out tracking your meals to see if you are in a proper ballpark, increase veggies and add herbs and spices to food (instead of thick, creamy, sugary stuff) to increase flavor.

If I HAD to use the meal plans, I'd no longer be here.

I know that there are quite a few options for the pre-made food plans on this site, however, is there a way to get different options? All of the options given to me are nothing that I like. Even if I substitute an item, are there ways to get whole new plans?
