Open your nutrition tracker.
To the left of the totals there is a button labeled tracker options next to the daily feedback button.
Click on the tracker options and then click on show meal plans.

Hello, I am new to this and maybe Im not looking in the right area to find the information I need and hoping someone can help me. Is there a meal plan that I can follow..I just don't know where to start. I am getting ready to go grocery shopping and want to pick up some healthy food but don't know how to plan things out. Thank you for any help.
