I know - isn't it amazing!? Congrats on that great walk and new mindset! I was in the grocery store yesterday and was shocked when I realized that I was not the least bit tempted by all the candy, cookie, booze, etc. holiday displays! I, too, now have a "Sparking state of mind". I'm teaching today, maybe I'll walk on my lunch too. Keep Sparking - it's SO worth it!!

Before my new Sparkpeople life, I NEVER even dreamed of walking during my 45 minute lunch break. That was then and this is now: Lunchtime arrives and I'm out the door, chocolate peanut butter Clif Bar in hand, for a 35 minute walk. Using my trusty Runkeeper App (free), I logged 2.38 miles in 36:55 minutes today at lunch.
