I look in the mirror what do I see?

What I see is all of me.

And all of me is more than I need;

much more of me I see indeed.



Who indeed increased me thus;

who made this body to raise this fuss?

soft and bulging a sweaty muss;

Aw shush my mind does surely quip;

run to your easy chair sit back recline;

relax enjoy, think on what you shall dine.



Alas my heart asks what do you see?

Tis true I see all of me;and all of me is more than I need;

much more of me I see indeed.



I must admit I increased my mass;

second helpings, deserts,sweets I did not pass.

Exercise for me was reclining back;

and eating snacks from a sack.



What can I do i asked my heart?

so much to do, where do I start?

Alls not lost WE CAN DO THIS;

take this opportunity do not miss.



Watch your diet eat whats right;

exercise daily keep your goal in sight.

When you consider the effort do not be sad;

think instead of the day you will be glad.



When you look in the mirror what do you see?

You will see a brand new me.
