Wow! Just had a great Lunch. I was trying to figure out something healthy and quick (near by) to eat so I googled, sparkpeople mcdonalds lunch and found this article http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/sparkd

I had the ceasar salad with grilled chicken and the fruit and walnut snack. Really good and will have again.
