Managed to run on the treadmill for 20 minutes non stop without walking for the second time, think I will have to up it a bit, really pushed myself in the last minute. Walked/jogged the two miles home from the gym instead of taking the train like usual to up my minutes, this is definitley helping me this month :)

My goal this month is 2200. Missed last month cuz I was sick for like 75% of April and then couldn't get myself back in the swing of things after that... But now I've joined the gym and I'm motivated again.
Today- 60 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the elliptical, and 38 minutes walking outside:

Is this your first cruise Root?? I LOVE them we are doing the Mediterranean finally get to Italy I CAN'T wait!! I head back to RI in the morning and back to Zumba Wed!!
So I absolutely enjoyed doing this last month. It was a great eye opener and motivational tool as well. So I am uping my goal ( I have to now that I have decided to run a marathon next spring, game on)
2000 for May already walked 30 minutes will update total for the day later on or tomorrow morning.

I like these monthly challenges. They help me stay on track.
For May, I am going to keep my goal the same as it will be a busy month and my recent thyroid labwork was abnormal. I'm not going to feel like exercising -- so, I'll be happy just to maintail my current level of 600 minutes. (5 days a week, 30 minutes each time, times 4 weeks in the month). I am though, going to increase the difficulty level a little bit.
