FINALLY losing the first 10 pounds of my long-term goal. I'm .7 pounds away from the 10 pound mark, and I have really putzed around (my dad's phrase) getting there. I have two more workouts this week, then a long walk on Saturday, and I should be there by early next week! Success to both of you! :)

What is one thing that you have been dragging around like a ball and chain? You know that thing if you just put some effort into it would be gone by the end of the month? It can be health related, relational or maybe you need to tackle...the dreaded garage. Share your ball and chain and your baby steps plan of action.
