So I woke up a little sore today, which only means i had a good workout yesterday! I didnt exercise much today- only ran 1 mile on my treadmill. I need to step it up and get a good workout in tomorrow to make up for my lazy day! I ate pretty well though!
I ate ok today, minus the 3 oreo cookies and handful of jelly beans! ooops!! Sweets are my biggest temptation. But I did do Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones dvd this afternoon and some extra pushups. Im going to have a hard time avoiding sweets tonight, so maybe ill just go to bed early!
So I am at my goal weight, but still not happy with the way I look. I need to get more toned. My problem areas are the back of my legs and my tummy. So my goal for the month of may is to do strength training 3-4 days a week, and some form of cardio the rest of the week. I will post in this journal at the end of every day to hold myself accountable, and to see my progress. Any words of advice/encouragement would be greatly appreciated!
