My birthday will be on Tuesday, May 10. Last year, December all my resolutions were based on achieving by my birthday. The one I wanted the most is the one i didn't achieve.
I achieved doing ISO certification training
Started playing a sport - volleyball
Setting up a home gym
Start cooking more
Packing my meals for work
I didn't achieve losing 15 lbs by my birthday but i achieved about 5lbs.
Guess What! I'm not gonna beat up myself. The important thing is that I review where i went wrong and restrategise. One thing i notice that's common with all i achieved is the fact that I worked hard at them, they were on the forefront of my mind daily and i did them in a way that I didn't get bored and as if it was not an option.
That I will ad to my weigh tloss journey.
