not interested in raw food, plus our fruits and vegetables would be unrecognizable by our paleolithic ancestors, who did not farm or grow grains, which would also be unrecognizable to them. they also did not eat cows or chickens, but they did eat horses rather than ride them.

Eating like our paleolithic ancestors- hunter gatherers. No processed foods, no grains. Eat plenty of whole foods, fruits, vegetable, nuts, meat and fish. I have not read a whole lot about it, but I am having trouble with milk and sugars, and grains...health issues seem to be steering me in that direction.

I am not Paleo yet, but leaning that way. My husband and I are doing Atkins, but I don't like all the recipes with soy, xantham gum etc. Real food seems so much more appealing...but more difficult to find and more expensive.

Any Paleo people out there? I'd like to hear your results!
