we don't do much socializing. But if you are going to a potluck, try this: I had a major craving for wings a few weeks ago. I've pretty much eliminated fried foods (years ago). I'd been doing well with eating and I didn't want to mess that up. I cooked some chicken breasts in the crock pot. When they were done, I poured off the liquid and froze it for later use. I added a bottle of wing sauce (there are several varieties with *0* calories per serving!) and turned the temp to LOW. After about 30 minutes, I shredded the chicken with a fork.
it was SOOOO GOOD. You can make sandwiches, top some mixed greens for a buffalo salad, serve over brown rice, put it on a whole wheat crust for a buffalo pizza, etc.
I'm not much of a beer drinker, but I like Mich Ultra
