I would welcome someone to help keep me on track and would be happy to do the same for others.

It is always nice to have support. That said, my co-workers and those "fitness trainers" at my company wellness center don't provide a whit of support, meaningful or otherwise. I have not had any luck so far with "diets" as I feel deprived with them and can't enjoy the cultural foods I want. I don't really "binge" but the foods I like contain more carbs and calories than is good for one.

I think it would benefit all of us who would like some support in order to lose weight. Sometimes our friends, family and partner don't always understand us. Sometimes it is also easier to open up to strangers and anonymously.
Perhaps we can motivate each other! I am 84 kgs and my longterm goal is 65 to 70 kgs.

I have strated today with the Dukan diet and I have also ordered Garcinia Gambogia. I want to see results quickly because otherwise i get discouraged and binge.

I hope more of you will join me!
