Really tired today so I didn't workout as much as I would have liked. Well, I mean, I worked out for 45 minutes on the Wii Fit but I did lazy stuff instead of the stuff that really burns calories. But I know I feel better for getting the time in that I did. :)

I started doing some yoga this morning. I'm not sure how I feel about it, but am going to give it a try for a while and see if it helps with stress and flexibility.

Sometimes I wake up on Modays so energetic and ready to tackle the new week. Sometimes I wake up and go crap where did the weekend go. This morning was one of those weekend wasn't long enough days. I did manange to force myself to workout and once I started it, as always got easier. I did 57 minutes this morning.

Saturday is usually my rest day but yesterday I did a muscle endurance experiment for my biology class and spent 90+ minutes doing bicep curls. I wasn't going to count it as exercise but that was a lot of time to spend on that activity!

I would love to participate again this month. I went over my goal last month so I am going to up it a bit this month and see if I can maintain the routine I have started to get into for myself. Unfortunately I didn't do any excercise the 1st 2 days of the month,but hopefully that won't effect my goal too much

Welcome, everybody! I am happy to see you here. This challenge really helps me stay on track and it's great to have a good group to inspire each other. I find it amazing how many minutes of exercise you do. I really admire you for that and you inspire me.

My goals are very modest each month -- just trying to maintain a regular routine. And I like the feeling of exceeding my goal, so I set them well within my reach.

In this challenge, we simply track our fitness minutes. Set your own goal as to how many minutes you wish to work out in March and keep us posted as to how you are doing. The following format is recommended (but not required.)
