I totally agree. My boyfriend gives me a weird look when he sees me counting out mini wheats in the morning, but it has given me a whole new perspective on what portions should actually look like.

I know it seems like a "duh" revelation, but what has helped me is counting out my snacks--number of almonds, etc. and put in baggies.
