I haven't quite mastered attacking all of my cravings yet but they seem to be diminishing. I've been using lifesaver mints for something sweet and if I have to have something chocolate then I have a Ghirardelli dark chocolate square. If I open a whole candy bar thinking I'll just take a bite, I'm fooling myself. I'll eat the whole thing. Another one I like is the little Dove dark chocolate bites. A good pack and take with is my little pre-bagged trail mix with unsalted almonds, pecans, walnuts, raisins, and mini dark chocolate chips. Have a blessed Spark day.
