I'm so excited! I went walking with my friend again today! Today we did two laps around the lake and instead of 30 minutes for each mile we ended up only doing 20 minutes per mile! 6.2 miles in 2 hours!

Afterwards we also stopped for a healthy smoothie (for real healthy it's 100% fruit, no yogurt or sherbert) and went shopping for fruit as well so we can make smoothies at home too!

My legs burn so good!

GRATS! I felt the same way when I started hiking and making time to walk every morning. It isn't like the treadmill or workout videos. You can measure your exhaustion and the time it takes and see your progress. You go girl!

I know this is kind of a small thing but today my friend and I took a 3 mile walk around the lake. I work overnight on Monday's so usually I like to sleep as late as possible and then lounge around before going to work. But today my friend stopped over to pick me up and we exercised! We are both pretty out of shape but we walked 3.1 miles in 90 minutes.

We are planning on doing this again Sunday, but we'll make two laps around for 6 miles. We are excited to make this at least a once a week thing and we're going to time ourselves to see how our time improves as we get into shape.

Man, I feel amazing.
