Hello and Welcome to Sparks!

Although each person has different goals, you're in great company here. The amount of support and community at Sparks is unlike any other website. (Trust me, I've tried them all!) emoticon

If there is any way that I can help you along your journey, just let me know! I'm always here for friends in need.

emoticon So glad you've joined us!! Wishing you the best of success on your journey.

I hope you'll find a team or two where there are others with common interests. Became active on those teams. Find folks who are supportive of you and your goals. Before you know it, you'll be losing your weight and well on your way. If you need help finding teams or have questions, please drop by my page and ask. I'll be happy to help you.

And create a SparkPage for yourself! You'll be glad you did. It's a wonderful way for folks to drop by and communicate with you ... both with comments and goodies.

Give yourself some time ... it will take that to learn all the tools and to find your way around. But you can do it!! We're so glad you are here!

I'm a former WW's leader. I'm happy to be back at SparkPeople ... I was here before I worked for WW's. SparkPeople has so much more to offer. I hope you enjoy your journey here too!

Wishing you great success on your journey!

I am a lifetimes member and former leader for WW. Sparkpeople has more tools, is easier to follow and has more support (24/7 even!) for members. It is SP that I recommend people to use now.

Welcome! Let me know how I can help you!

Hello there,
My name is Noreen i go by Reenie. I have been on the Weight Watchers website since 2009. I'm making the switch to sparkpeople. I like that this site has specifics to being a Type 2 diabetic. I'm excited to begin. Thanks for all your support
