CONGRATS! You have a great attitude. You're well on your way to making great changes. Excellent Blog. Keep up the good work.
This is a journey it takes time. At the end it's supposed to be worth it.
I also hate my workouts but loooooooooove when I'm finished. I feel so accomplished afterwards.

This is from my blog today but I don't have much traffic and wanted to share with some others how I am doing! I am really proud of myself! Babysteps yes- but I really feel good. THanks :) --------------------------------
Well I don't know what happened this week but that spark within me started burning brighter this week. I think I was just tired of being tired and feeling sorry for myself.... I decided that if something was going to change I had to get off my butt and make it happen... wallowing in self-pity was not going to accomplish anything except take me deeper into saddness... SO ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH!
Today I went to class 2 of bootcamp. It was fabulous. I hate every minute of it but feel so good afterwards. It is something I am forcing myself to do. I know it must be doing something cause my whole body is screaming "WHAT THE FREAK"... lol I also decided through a friend on facebook to give the Couch to 5k thing a try. I did work out 1 for week 1 yesterday and this AM I did work out 2 for week 1. You only have to do it 3x in a wk... I was able to finish MUCH to my surprise. It also made the 3o minutes on the treadmill pass so fast because I was so concentrated on when to run then to walk thingy. I highly recommend starting it if you're looking for something to try. you can find the one I am doing that is made for treadmills at: www.c25k.com just scroll down and look for the link for the treadmill version.
Anyways just wanted to post that things seem to be moving in a positive direction... The sun is breaking through this dark strom. LETS PRAY I can hang in and keep on!
