I did that too at one point, the falling away and coming back. The huge thing is, that you came back!!!! a great step forward. I did not start out here being athletic, but it kinda developed as I went along. I am a foodie as well. Love to cook and eat. I've just had to change what and how I cook some. Glad to see you back on spark.

Hi - I've tried the SparkPeople thing before, but I managed to fall away - and gain back all of my lost weight :( My birthday is coming up next month (I'm going to be 27) and I realized that I am NOWHERE near the size I'd like to be.... so, I'm back. Any tips or inspiration for a foodie who is not athletic? I'd like to lose at least 30 lbs, but 40-50 would be amazing!
