I love salad and found a great mix of ingredients for a low calorie dressing that spreads nicely over a salad and is only about 65 calories a tablespoon. Mix 1 tbs of any kind of sweet oriental chili sauce with 1 tbs of any kind sesame oil and a little tiny bit of water to thin if needed. If you like a more vinegary flavor try using a bit of rice wine vinegar instead of the water. Its tasty.
