My wedding was so wonderful! It rained a whole bunch, but I'm told that's good luck :).

Since the wedding, I have gained about five pounds, but I haven't gained any size if that makes sense. All of my clothes still fit me just the same as before - I even put on my wedding dress the other day just for fun, and it was fine. I hope your wedding goes well!

What an interesting way to think of it! I didn't even think that it might jump start my progress to continue to lose weight after the wedding. Thank you!

I understand how you feel. It's a scary thought to lose momentum! I would suggest tracking everything as well, but eat at a higher calorie range (for maintenance), and focus on still eating clean and healthy. Avoid using maintenance mode as an excuse to slip into poor habits. Look at this as an opportunity to prove to yourself that you'll be able to maintain your healthy lifestyle and that you truly have made a lifestyle change. You could also look at it as an opportunity to jump start your metabolism when you start eating at a calorie deficit again. You're body will have adjusted to maintenance mode and you'll hopefully lose quicker once you resume.

Update your tracker to set your starting weight and goal weight as the same. In other words, my current weight is 138, and I'm working to maintain that, so I set my starting weight at 138 and my goal weight at 138. Your Nutrient ranges will adjust once you do that.

PP is on track. Just switch to the MM of calorie ranges, stay in that range, and keep exercising. You can do it!

I'd just keep tracking here on SP. Make sure your calorie range is in maintenance mode, not weight loss mode. Maybe even focus on some muscle-building while you wait. That way you can get more tone, but not get a lot smaller.

I'm a month out from my wedding. I've already had my dress altered so that it fits, and I don't want to lose any more weight before my wedding so that it still fits that day. However, I most certainly don't want to gain any weight back that I've lost! I don't want to lose motivational steam during this last month. How do I stay encouraged to be a good girl? Haha
