I'm sorry to hear of your breakup. That can hit a person rather hard.

Congratulations on mostly maintaining healthy eating habits - I guess we can forgive the one night of heavy drinking under the circumstances.

I went through a break up last Saturday, which was not my decision. This week has been emotionally tough and very stressful. I had one night of heavy drinking, but I still worked out four times and otherwise maintained healthy eating habits. While I didn't lose anything this week, I feel like it's a miracle that I didn't gain! I'll take it as part of any little piece of encouragement I can at this time!
