I am low in magnesium and i am get my magnesium powder from my naturopathy doctor. i just add dash to my water and drink it everything i drink my water.

The best sources of magnesium include wheat germ and bran. Good sources include whole grain products, nuts, legumes, and some green leafy vegetables.

Also keep in mind that magnesium isn't required to be reported on a food label, so you might actually be getting more of it than you think.

What is the best way to get magnesium in my diet? I don't want to take supplements if I can get it in my food.
