If there really and truly were a "diet" pill that worked to shed the pounds, there wouldn't be an obesity problem in the United States. The fact is, there really is no easy or fast way to lose weight without damaging your health.
As the other replies have noted, because you are already at a healthy BMI for your height, you may not need to lose that last 10 pounds. We are our own worst critics. Flaws we see in ourselves no one else sees. We think we are fat when we're not.
Someone who is morbidly obese could safely lose 1-2 pounds per week. Someone trying to lose 5-10 pounds MIGHT lose a half a pound or less per month. That's because your body is going to fight you. a woman is supposed to carry some body fat and if that body fat goes too low, women are at risk for a number of health issues.
What to do ? If you really want to lose 5-10 pounds, then you are going to have to watch every single morsel you eat. It means NO slip up. No cheat days. You measure and log your food faithfully. You eat as cleanly as possible. If you do this, you might lose. You will have to be very disciplined because it really does mean watching every single bite.
I'll be honest. For myself, I don't mind being in the middle of a healthy weight range. I don't want to have to log every single morsel, every day until I lose that weight. Because what happens if you do lose it ? Are you going to go back to your old eating habits ? If so, then you're going to regain every single pound back plus extra.
Any weight you lose has to be sustainable. No one should be on a permanent diet. that's not healthy. Good health comes in many different shapes and sizes.
The previous poster has given you some good advice. I think you should listen to the voice telling you it's a scam and you should save your money.
How tall are you? Because you're so close to your goal weight, I would recommend having your body fat tested. If you're already at a healthy point, then that could be why you're having trouble losing more. Most gyms offer this test for a small fee.
Is your calorie range based on your calories burned goal, or the exercise you've tracked. 1200-1550 sounds low based on how much exercise you're doing. Keep in mind that the closer you are to your goal, the slower you're going to lose. I would recommend setting your weight loss goal to 1/2 pound per week, which is reasonable at this point. My guess is that your range is going to go up. If you're not eating enough, that's also going to slow down your weight loss.

I note your current weight, and also your goal weight. Your weight is already a very healthy one, UNLESS you are very very short????
Just remember, just because something claims to be natural, doesn't mean that it is safe. You can still get very sick by consuming garlic pills, IF you are on blood thinners or having an operation, yet most people eat garlic.
If you are around 5' 2", then your BMI is right in the middle of the healthy range, and it is quite likely that what you weight is where your body needs to be.
To me it seems like you are prepared to do almost anything to get to YOUR goal. You could do yourself more harm than good, even if you were to lose more without supplements. Also, 1200 calories is recommended for an average weight woman who is sedentary. If you are exercising, then you will need some more calories to sustain that, and to ensure that your body gets all the nutrients it needs.
I think you need to take a step back and give yourself a pat on the back and say "I have done WELL! I have lost a lot of weight, and I am happy with myself!"
HELP! I know there is no thing such as a diet pill that works and I believe in hardwork pays off but here's the thing I have been trying to lose the last 10 pounds since June/July of last year but they just WON'T come off. I did switch things around introduced new exercises and even started working out twice a day and it still will not come off, I changed my diet and all but still they won't come off. I don't know what to do anymore I was thinking of reducing my calories to 1200 for everyday. I usually eat around 1250-1550 calories. Then my sister's friend at work told her how she got off her last 15 pounds by using this supposedly all natural Pineapple diet pill. I know those don't work but I am so tempted to try I mean if it doesn't work then fine but if it does then that's great either way it's a no lose situation? But also one part of me says I want to achieve my goal weight by hard work I want to feel like I did it on my own and be proud. So I'm having an internal battle one side says try it maybe it pushes you off the plateau and one side says don't fall for this scam you know better.
Please add any feedback or advice I really need it at this point.
