I subscribe to Oxygen. It is great for bodybuilding and recipes. I can't say it doesn't have fluff or all the ads, but some of those can even be motivating. You can usually try any magazine for free and then if you don't like the first issue you can write cancel on the bill, but check the details of the mag you are interested in recieving.

Prevention, Health and Whole Living are the ones I subscribe to. I have been for years the first two. Really informative. Whole Living used to be Body and Soul.

I like Self, Woman's Health and also Fitness, and there is another magazine I picked up at the gym ages ago and I LOVED reading it-cover to cover-but I don't know what it was. I wish I would have kept it. It was for female bodybuilding but the information was AMAZING.
I can't say there isn't alot of 'fluff' in any of them but I enjoy them and find good stuff all the time.
I should say I don't pay for any of them, I get the mycokereward points from family and use them for free subscriptions! I take their bad soda drinking habits and turn them into a win for me! LOL

Which magazine do you think is the best for health/wellness, exercise, diet, etc?
I would like to subscribe to one, but I'm worried it will be all "fluff."
So if you get one that you really enjoy, please share! :)
