I DECIDED TO SET THREE GOALS FOR MYSELF IN ADDITION TO THE THREE GOALS I SET WITH SPARK. SO FAR SO GOOD. THEY ARE SIMPLE CHORES, BUT I HOPE THEY WILL KEEP ME A LITTLE MORE DISCIPLINED. I ALSO DECIDED TO SPEND 5 MINUTES A DAY TO PAT MYSELF ON THE BACK FOR MY SMALL ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND TO BE THANKFUL FOR WHAT I HAVE ACCOMPLISHED IN MY LIFETIME SO FAR.
