HOWDY!

I'm not yet 100% sure how this "community journal" differs that much from my FABULOUS S.P. blog-- but I'm GAME to go for it.

Overall, my life IS NOT dull. Keeps things hopping. Right here I'm most interested in what I'm doing to ENJOY the life of the body- the care of the body- which spreads to every other area of one's life. That's how I see it...

So, my goal here is to share some things regularly, also related to what I'm sharing with YOU, dear reader, in my SP blog. You're most welcome to share with me here, and via my SP blog!
