I want to feel and look better. I want daily living to be easier. I don't want to feel embarrassed at just the thought of clothes shopping. I want to have more energy (and already do!). I want to fit into all the cute, adorable clothes in my closet that I used to be able to fit into (and am starting to again!). I want to be fit and healthy when I have children, so that they grow up fit and healthy themselves.

I have fibromyalgia, an extremely painful condition, and I've had 2 spinal fusions (which bring on even more pain) and I need a 3rd one. I push myself EVERYDAY through extreme pain (from head to toe) to exercise at least 1 hr. I'm extremely stiff and can barely move in the morning, but I can barely wait to get moving and start my exercise routine for the day, it really helps me to feel better and it lifts my spirits.
