O.K. SPARKPEOPLE !!! i am ( by Dr.'s advice ) ona probotic diet. Which NO cakes, oies, cookies,pizza,POP. But in the fruit dept. I can have watermelon, kiwi, blackberries, strawberries. No banana's, for that bloats you up. That adds gas to your digestive system. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER ( SIP) DON'T GULP. Sipping makes your stomach feel fuller. HAVE A GOOD DAY & YOU CAN DO THIS !!! emoticon .
