Hi Jennifer, Welcome Back! One of the best ways to stay motivated and accountable is to be active on your Spark Teams. You will meet lots of members who will be supportive and helpful. Also tracking your food and exercise is a good way to keep in check. Once you start seeing progress that will spur you on.

Hi my name is Jennifer and rgis is the 3rd or 4th time I have joined all all with no luck...my fault though, i start out strong n excited then BAM!! I'm over it n give up...however I now own my very own Salon and I am excited as ever and wanna be a better me for all reasons...I'm 34 almost 35 in April, I have 2 wonderful boys and my husband and i are mot doin so hot...I'm just needing to be a better me for me 1st then my family, I'm needing friends that I don't really have. So please help me be a better me and I will help you he a better you...Xoxo
