SP has a meal planning option, and it is very easy to sub foods you don't eat. For example, I hate eggs, they gross me out so much! So when I used the meal plan, I would remove them and add a different protein source.
There are lots of places out there that will help you menu plan, but they will all have products or meals you will want to sub for.

I am looking for a site that will plan meals with foods that I like to eat. Does anyone know of any site like this? Any help would be much appreciated. The new year is coming up and I HAVE to make sure I do this year right. Thanks.
