I had been using Kraft Lite, but realized it really had no flavor....so why was I evening putting it on my sadwiches?....so I use yellow or brown mustard on my sandwiches and greek yogurt, vinegar and dash of sweetener for "mayo" based salads.

I think low fat mayo is revolting!
In small amounts you can just use less mayo, like a smear on a sandwich not a squeeze.
Larger amounts, I use plain yogurt for making tuna/egg mayo, the kids where I used to work, without me telling them it was, said they prefered that in a sandwich.
