Here in AZ, we do not follow daylight savings time, so no change to our clocks. I used to live (for most of my life) in a different state that did follow daylight savings time, and truthfully I do not miss it at all.

- Stayed low in my calorie range the whole week
- Completed all my workouts
- Making progress towards my goal weight
- Realizing I will need to get new warm weather clothes in a month or two - had a brief spike in temps here this week and could only find one pair of shorts that weren't way too big!

Successes for the week -
I spent part of the week sick and recovering from a stomach bug, so my eating was low several days and I had a hard time with water, but now I'm back to feeling better, eating better, drinking my water and exercising.
At my weekly weigh in today, I'm down 4 pounds (probably due in part to that stomach bug) so if I can keep this off the rest of March and/or improve upon it, I will meet my monthly goal (see #4).
I kept to my Lent commitment (see #4).

Hi everyone! I'm way behind after staying out way late for a co-worker's going away party.

3/1:
Calories: let's just say waaaay over...there was a lot of excess at the party
Water: 8
Exercise: 80 min (cardio kickboxing, dancing, .5 m walk)
Motivation: to reach my goal weight of 152 lbs (SW: 155.4)
Delight: some good friends and fun at the party

Successes: I did well this week with my calories besides Friday, so I'm not too worried about it. I accomplished all of my workouts. My newest small pants are already starting to fit somewhat loose in the waist. I am feeling really good about how I look even though I'm not at my goal weight.

Successes for the week -
I kept to my Lent commitment for another week (see #4 above).
I was down at my weekly weigh in this morning and made my monthly goal for February of losing 2-4 pounds - I lost 2.2 pounds for the past month overall!
I did well drinking my water this week.

This is a check-in thread for support and encouragement, as well as daily accountability for yourself. Each day, you check in to post an update and to encourage the others in the group. Each Friday we check in with our successes for the week (big, small and everything in between!).
