Successes for the week -
I spent part of the week sick and recovering from a stomach bug, so my eating was low several days and I had a hard time with water, but now I'm back to feeling better, eating better, drinking my water and exercising.
At my weekly weigh in today, I'm down 4 pounds (probably due in part to that stomach bug) so if I can keep this off the rest of March and/or improve upon it, I will meet my monthly goal (see #4).
I kept to my Lent commitment (see #4).
