Hi Rebecca, Maha and other gratitude people! Happy March.

Today I am grateful for:

- having fun teaching L some strength training yesterday and how well she did it.
- Waking up to snow on the ground this morning!
- Writing a new blog post and coming up with goals for the week.
- realizing that this positive attitude is a decision and an action and not something that "just happens" to me.
- oh yeah, yesterday a friend needed me to babysit his son at the hospital for awhile. which I did. I'm grateful that I was home and available, and that he thought to reach out to me.
